Why CBD does it better
Communication is the hallmark of a successful project. We relieve much of the anxiety of a building project through great communication and building trust with the client. We provide the best customer service through our unique online project management tool, which allows our clients to stay informed and provide feedback through every phase of the project. Our billing process is transparent so that our clients know exactly where their money is being spent and why. We also provide a detailed packet of job-related materials at the end of your job, so that living in your new home is a snap.

We guide clients through the maze of design and specification decisions to keep projects on schedule and to ensure aesthetic cohesion and a house you’ll love. We also have a green building system in place (see Sustainable Building) to ensure a well-built house that will meet or exceed the green building criteria in place in many municipalities.

We maintain a comprehensive view of every project, so that jobsite activities are coordinated efficiently and stay on budget. We predetermine costs whenever possible, so we can advise clients of the best choices for their dollar. Subcontractors
We are very selective with whom we use as our subcontractors. Most of our subcontractors have worked with us for many years on various projects. These subcontractors know what we expect of them and provide a consistently high quality product to our clients. We continue to do our due diligence to ensure they are competitively priced and are providing our clients with the best return on their investment. This garners a feeling of trust and teamwork that is not always found between subcontractors and a general contractor. This teamwork approach ensures that everyone is working towards building our clients the best possible project.
